We are seeking a Resource Manager to join our team. The role is pivotal in optimizing resource allocation across projects and ensuring operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain resource allocation plans for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Monitor resource utilization and forecast future needs to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to balance capacity and demand.
  • Prepare monthly reports on resource performance and budget adherence.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance resource management efficiency.
  • Lead capacity planning workshops and training sessions for the team.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in resource planning or project management within a tech environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree (MBA or M.S.) preferred.
  • Experience with cloud resource management tools (e.g., AWS, Azure).
