Key responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new hires
  • Support employee relations and conflict resolution initiatives
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports
  • Help with benefits administration and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with talent acquisition platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
