Thumbnail Designer.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Thumbnail Designer to support our ongoing and upcoming requirements for thumbnails and creative design. With the increasing volume of work, this role will play a key part in ensuring timely delivery, maintaining brand consistency, and enhancing the overall quality of visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality thumbnails and creatives for digital platforms such as YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual assets.

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to understand and execute design requirements.

• Deliver creatives within defined timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Continuously improve design concepts to enhance engagement and visual appeal.

• Manage multiple design tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Experience in thumbnail design and social media creatives is preferred.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
