Team Manager - Infrastructure.

Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Team Manager will support infrastructure maintenance, new project planning, vendor coordination, and BOQ preparation/review to ensure smooth and timely execution of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day infrastructure and maintenance activities.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, site work, and execution follow-ups.

Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and project documents.

Assist in new branch/project planning and execution.

Track material requirements and site progress.

Coordinate with internal teams for infrastructure needs.

Maintain vendor, approval, and project records.

Support site visits and monitor work quality and timelines.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of infrastructure, interior, or site execution work.

Understanding of BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Working knowledge of Excel and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
