Freelance Evaluator.

Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate and fair evaluation of UPSC Mains examination answer scripts by following established SOPs and training protocols. The evaluator will provide constructive feedback to candidates while maintaining integrity, consistency, and fairness in the process.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate answer scripts for UPSC Mains as per the prescribed marking scheme.

• Review answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to question demands.

• Offer constructive feedback that helps candidates improve their writing and understanding.

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the IAS examination pattern, syllabus, and marking criteria.

• Previous experience as an examiner or evaluator for IAS exams is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Major KRAs (SMART):

• Accuracy in Evaluation – Assess scripts precisely in line with the marking scheme.

• Quality Feedback – Provide insightful, helpful feedback for candidate development.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Preferred/Additional Qualification: Aspirant IAS/RAS

• Minimum Experience: 1 Year
