Freelance Evaluator – UPSC English Medium.

Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate and fair evaluation of UPSC Mains examination answer scripts, by following established SOPs and training protocols. The evaluator will provide constructive feedback to candidates while maintaining integrity, consistency, and fairness in the process.

 Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate answer scripts for UPSC Mains as per the prescribed marking scheme.

2. Review answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to question demands.

3. Offer constructive feedback that helps candidates improve their writing and understanding.

4. Maintain uniformity and objectivity across all scripts.

5. Achieve evaluation quality and productivity benchmarks within specified timelines.

1. Accuracy in Evaluation – Assess scripts precisely in line with the marking scheme.

2. Consistency and Fairness – Apply standard evaluation practices to ensure fairness.

3. Quality Feedback – Provide insightful, helpful feedback for candidate development.

4. Timeliness – Complete assigned evaluations on schedule.

5. Compliance – Adhere to SOPs, training guidelines, and evaluation frameworks.

 Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum Qualification: Cleared UPSC Mains CSE or appeared in the interview stage (English Medium).

- Preferred Qualification: Not applicable.

- Minimum Experience: At least 6 months of answer script evaluation experience.

- Relevant Experience: Experience as an evaluator or reviewer preferred.
